Goodness. So their advertised heated rear windscreen was falsehood? You have nada back there? Ha, it’s gonna get steamy in my car a lot!
Didn't have one on my last T and don't remember it being a problem at all, even with early morning spring/fall runs. If it's a daily then it might be a different story.

Yeah, I figured. Curious, main reasons for going from 991T to 992 T? Or was your last T from 1968, ha?

<------ Last T was a 2019 991.2 shown in my avatar. Actually traded the car on a 992S Cab which I'm now trading back on the new T. Very curious to compare the two cars however I suspect the 992T will be a little more luxurious and a little less raw.

I see. Yeah, I have some car designer acquaintances and we often talk about missing cars with raw/mechanical feel. That’s why they own a lot of classics. One has a 356. Perfect example is the C8. Pretty fast but boring to drive. Ive had some very fast cars in the past but they had a lot of character. I’ve driven one Base 992 PDK and it was overall ok. Very refined feel and PDK made it boring for me. Definitely feels different from driving a manual 991.2. I do like some of the modern updates in 992 but glad they didn’t go digital with tach, for example. I’m hoping the manual will make it fun enough. Also, I passed on the GT4 last year because I wanted a Porsha with a deep history and pedigree. I’m sure I’ll love it if/when I get the T. We’ll see then but may need to do some mods later!
So they’re skipping 993 and going straight to 994??
Is there some logic to the numbering of different versions to 911s that I’m missing??
My 993. It was the next model after the 964. The purists were pissed because the original headlight turrets were gone and the eyes looked pulled back like it got a facelift. Boy they are hands down better everything than the previous model. Better handling and way quicker.

This is embarrassing - I should have remembered there was a 993, a friend of mine actually owned one.
I’m gonna go into the garage and flog myself 993 times as punishment.
Hopefully my family won’t disown me.
Shocking😞😞
