I didn't think the door T decal would be easy to have made, so I'm getting that one from the factory. Especially since it's a limited T-only decal. The OTT stripes have been around for years. Oh, and I wanted my build/window sticker to show the door decal is a factory piece.

Somehow you just made my brain click. So previously, between the 4 and 18 way seat, I would have said 18-ways, no brainer. Especially with how the mirror would tilt down when you put in reverse, etc. But then I thought how great it would be to have buckets. And of course, it does not link to any seat / mirror memory. So basically if I'm fine with the buckets, I should be fine with the 4-ways!
@Macboy knows I have been internally debating between a 718BGTS and T endlessly. Every time I read this thread I get pulled back into the T. Maybe I should just wait till MY24 and see if buckets will be included. Apparently I do have some self-control as I turned down a T allocation last week...

Removing is easier than adding and since it's an no cost thing by having it on, it gives you factory reference point for precise measurement by adding anything after. I would just spec with it and deal with other option later.

@Ikone Glad I am not the only one! I have to say, waiting takes hell of a lot of patience...every time I am on this thread I have to internally push down my urge to call the dealer lol
@Cartod Unfortunately, I have never tried 4 ways. How do they "hug" you knowing that they're not adjustable?
Also question for the group...how many of you are going for the true to form T ethos aka no rear seats? I constantly debate this as well...on one hand that would be great. On another, if this is truly a GT3 "lite", actually having backseats may be great (may have kids in the next year or two...but I can always take the kid in the SUV and Dad gets the pure driving experience :P )

I'm adding the rear seats back in specifically because I like having a flat rear area. Fold the seats down and you get a nice parcel shelf. Without it I would be left with a lumpy carpeted transmission tunnel. That's how I used my last 911.

Sadly 18 ways were a must for me as I have back problems, if not wouldn't have specced them, just adds weight.
Same applies to FAL, another weight addition but couldn't be avoided.
Manual gearbox partly offsets the additional weight but not entirely, but hey ho life goes on.
Car is ready for collection - unveiling of Friday at the dealer then straight onto a trailer and off and to get PPF'd.
Still having stressful moments trying to decide what to wear for the unveiling??
Maybe I'll just go in a bra and panties to shock everyone but the wife might not be happy

Anyway, I honestly would wear the most comfortable stuff you have. Sweatpants and Sneakers. It's about driving the car. You want to be comfortable. . Porsche sells a ton of clothing, too.

Speaking of decals and things that stick to your car, I'm thinking about buying these. For $49 and the ability to peel them off they seem worth a try. https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/PK992STONE.html

One thing I did notice very quickly is that rocks can chip the rocker panels easily. The textured paint there is a somewhat different level of hardness. I would suggest PPF'ing that. It's not easy but a good detailer can do it.
