@reddysum I'm expecting some production pics from you ASAP lol... If I remember correctly your build started last week, so they should have something for you today or tomorrow.
I didn't order aero kit or anything else that I remember being mentioned here as limited, but I do have a decent number of options that wouldn't surprise me to find out are supply limited. Here is my porsche code https://configurator.porsche.com/porsche-code/PPYDK3A6
I think I saw painted front lip is a delay. That's maybe what did it.
Yup. Knock wood! My order was initially submitted in October, officially submitted 12/23 and then for some reason TYD shows it accepted as 1/24, before the 1/26 stop-sale date. WHEW! I will not be taking the car w/o it.
UPDATE:
Because im an insane perosn, I emailed Porsche Leeds this morning to ask for additional photos of the 992 Carrera in Rubystar Neo, and to confirm the color because that video was made on January 30th and I really didnt think a single Neo car had been produced yet given the allocation timelines and release of the color...
The sales manager there was incredibly friendly and emailed me back immediately and confirmed that the car in the video is their "Demo" 992 C2 and it is in fact NOT Neo... He said, "I emailed Porsche UK to confirm the build sheet is accurate, and the demo we have on site is PTS Rubystar". He is taking some more pics and emailing over to confirm the build sheet and to share the color, which he said is similar "But Neo will be darker".
The WAIT continues!
Well done on that and sorry guys for the duff info. What is it they say about assumptions? . When I started to go through their Facebook page and noted it was fitted with winter tyres I was starting to have doubts as it's not something typically done on Porsche demos registered in February. The demo was first registered in November 2022 and according to the DVLA (driver & vehicle licensing agency) database is "pink"
If you receive a build spec or Porsche code from them do you mind posting it or PM me as it's a bit off topic! Thanks

What does that approval look like? Did your SA confirm it?

It's a nice build and has nothing controversial about it IMHO. My current Taycan is Gentian Blue, and it's my 2nd choice after Shark Blue.
The major delta between my build and yours (besides color) is I'm on Team Burmester. [PPBD4HC6]
I'm in a loaner Macan with base audio this week, and I just can't get over the lack of crispness to music. I would much rather save $4K and get BOSE as a "good-enough" option, but in the absence of that option, I feel I'd grumble more over the next 2-3 years about audio quality than spending $5K.
