A contrast color would be very nice as well. Maybe orange? Remember you don’t get all the stitching if you choose the standard color. The car of Wilder is not standard. Nothing wrong with standard, just letting you know (because the configurator is not always clear).

Went from 01/07 to 01/01 last night when the TYD emailed arrived stating that it had departed port. SIEM Confucius has two stops prior to arriving at my port of entry, JAX on 12/23.

What is odd is TYD states that mine left on the 5th, but I received a TYD email notification yesterday after 6 PM that it had departed and shortly afterwards Confucius was on the move departing Port Emden. I have read repeatedly that the TYD map tracking across the Atlantic is totally inaccurate, so anyone waiting for the arrival of their T do not trust it as the car makes its journey across the pond to the United States.

I think the emails might be more accurate? I got my email yesterday at around the same time.
I have the Porsche app and it’s mostly slow with updates.

Thank you for the update and spreadsheet... it does look like the same boat makes multiple stops starting from NE and then down to Jacksonville.... now why my T was in Emden along with your Ts and you got an update that the boat left with your car and I didn't get the update I am not sure.... either my tracker was not updated or there were too many cars in line to get loaded and mine did not make this trip....

BTW, there is a typo in the VW internal shipping doc pertaining to the arrival of Confucius to Port Emden, The month is incorrect. I noticed this sometime ago so I suspected I would not be getting on that ship.

Great to see all these T's being built...so excited for you all!

Some of us lived through this (TYD updates, ship tracking, etc) previously and it can be frustrating for sure. There are lots of variables around dates being reported so my advice is don't overthink it. You could look up what ship you are on through a TYD website hack - digging into the code. And there were also other ships in the rotation that aren't on the schedule above...like the 'Ace' ships. I was on Sunshine Ace for instance. Your SA also should be able to look up more accurate info on their side too.

How long has your car been at port?

FYI, your SA can internally see the specifics to production/shipping statuses and can also provide you with the name of the ship when it has been loaded/departed. His/Her info is vastly more accurate info than TYD. Maybe you should make an inquiry with him/her?
