[urgent!] leak from rear right side on my brand new, just delivered 992 c2s

I, too, had somewhat of a headachy delivery and first few months of the ownership. Car was delivered with all three rear lights cracked, which were replaced by warranty for being “stress cracks”. Then I had suspension errors on the dashboard after trying to lower my car with TechArt HAS springs (3 weeks of driving with the error messages, a new ride height sensor and coding reset by the dealership cleared the error message). Now, nasty clunking noise from the rear whenever I hit the smallest bump on the road (at the dealership now, let’s see what it is).
I think it’s better to have all these issues now, than when your warranty is up.
Enjoy the car when you get it back!

Wow sorry to hear/see for the OP. Sounds like coolant leak and maybe also forgot to fill the oil properly when they did the change at the selling dealership. Later should not have happened but the coolant issue probably not your fault or something that the shipper did. Something maybe let go during the 3200 mile transport or maybe after sitting on the lot for 12 mos. Am sure Stevens Creek will sort it out for you in the next couple of days and get it back to you good as new. Remember you didn't get the CPO warranty but it still has remainder of factory one so should be okay.
But stuff happens...my wife's 2012 Panamera was CPO'd and after driving it a bit the car dumped its coolant into the oil pan and some of the engine when something failed on the car. Still had CPO and factory warranty and Porsche offered me a new engine w/100k or 4 yr warrant OR fix/rebuilt current engine PLUS throwing in a full warranty on car and engine extended for unlimited miles and lifetime ownership of the car. I took the later as it meant car was covered until we sold it for engine PLUS everything else.

Reminds me of two guys (present company excepted of course) walking along the trail. After a bit they come across something different in their path. The first one says to the second, “Smell it”. The second one says, “It smells like sh*t”. So the first one then asks the second one to “Touch it”. The second one says, “It feels like sh*t”. So the first one now asks the second one to “Taste it”. The second one says, “It tastes like sh*t”. The first one clearly relieved (no pun intended) now says, “Sure am glad I didn’t step in it!”

update from service department just now:
We have traced the source of the leak to a valve block that allows the engine to warm faster to bring the heater online as soon as possible. We ordered the part and it should arrive tomorrow. The coolant bleeding takes some time because it is done under vacuum, so it looks like it should complete by Wednesday evening.

Everything went great with the replacement of the leaking pipe and the tech is in the process of bleeding the system of all the air. Here is the photo of the coolant pipe with the warped inner seal.

I like how your service department is responding, following up, and especially sending you the pictures.

Good Grief!
Do NOT put coolant or anything that might be coolant in your mouth!
Coolant can and will destroy your kidneys.
Also if it is coolant, be sure to contain it and then rinse away any residual amounts as thoroughly as possible. Animals (Dogs & Cats) like the smell and are attracted to it.

folks - quick update. i don't have the car back from the service department yet. long story as to why (i won't post here to protect the innocent/guilty), but needless to say i am very disappointed. just to recap - car was delivered to me on 11/25/2020, developed the coolant leak on 11/26/2020 (thanksgiving!), and got to the shop on 11/27/2020. they expect to get the car back to me on monday (12/07/2020) or tuesday (12/08/2020).
