I had a PTS 993 TT that I stupidly sold….so I ordered a 991.2 PTS Targa to match it in some feigned effort to redeem me of my stupidity…then like an idiot, I sold the 991.2 (quickly) because while building my house, I had no room in the laneway of the rental we were staying at. All to say I wasn’t crazy about the drama of hoping my colour was on the approved list - then the window to do it and urgency at the time - then getting approval to spend the $8k or whatever it was from Porsche can’t remember…BUT when that car arrived..it sure was pretty. (Horizon Blue Metallic ). Am I glad I did it - yes…would I do it again…no (well maybe) 🙂

Its taken forever, and ive lost interest im the car..probably will sell when it arrives

Side topic - I am having my 951 resprayed and saw a PTS car in the local dealership (W53 Azzuro Thetys Metallic) - anyone know if there's a viable path to getting these colors from the traditional body shop paint providers?

 

Next order is Turbo S Acid green!!

 

where is Irish Green on that list? strange cuz i was told its an option on 992s.
