Paint to Sample

For anyone here who has previously done PTS on a 911, were you ultimately satisfied years later? Did you feel like it was a worthwhile investment/spend, or did the long term pleasure of a (semi) unique color fail to justify the price?
I tend to favor lower optioned cars, with features more geared towards sporty driving vs. luxury or tech. I always said I would never pay for a PTS color, instead investing that money on extra tires and track time.
God help me, I can't help looking through the PTS sample catalog on rennbow and feeling tempted by some of those wonderful color. Talk me off the ledge, please.

Edit: sorry, did not realize this was an older thread.

The color I wanted (lizard green) is not available for the 992. I'm assuming that is the case because it was a 991 color, but it is really confusing since lizard green belts, tach and sport chrono are still in the configurator. So as of now, I'm leaning away from PTS and towards the aerokit on a standard color. Since I had asked about lizard green and voodoo blue (available), he did send this list of greens and blues that are approved for PTS:
Available Greens
Brewster Green 22B
British Racing Green GB0
Green Yellow Uni 137Green 2D8
Lighter Green 227
Jet Green Metallic 39V
Light Green 253

Mint Green 22R
Nato Olive L6H

Olive Green 60G
Porsche Racing Green Metallic PR0
Pure Green Y56

I've found that you can't link directly to the root site or you get the error. If you link to a specific color then it gets you in and yo can browse around all you like.

I have missed cars in the blind spot more times than I can remember but have never seen the LCA miss one. Kinda like crunching numbers in a computer vs pencil and paper, forget about it, the technology is better than we are at the majority of these things and should be utilized.
