Has anyone been able to code out the wing so that i can lose my aero spoiler message from my dash on my 992 after installing an aero kit, thanks in advance.
Victory! My Canadian 992 GT3 now is coded for Fahrenheit and MPH/MPG. I am in the states, and this is a huge help. A big thank you to rnlst_log here on Rennlist!

On what lines? I have a PIWI but when i go to spoiler there doesn't seem to be any any coding options id assume its in the rear devices all these aero kit forums and they fix every issue but this they leave it at "bring it to the dealer" but what about people who have the scanner we should know how to do it as well. Thank you in advance.
I also assume you mean to void out those codes? rear electronics? BCM? Maybe in the spoiler section but for some reason I'm not getting the option?
I'm looking at this process as well...Many people have fixed spoilers, with and without 3rd brake lights installed (Moshammer), so it's a multi-module issue. One part is adjusting the deployment speed of the wing and making those speeds so high that the wing never wants to deploy (although that was an older solutions), but that does not take care of the 3rd brake light issue if it is no longer installed. I would suggest looking at codes in BCM2, or the rear control module (however it's labeled) as that module does send signals to the rear spoiler module. I'll look myself when I get more time. Good luck!
if you have deleted the codes , then you will be able to return the codes only through the online PPN service
you can contact Belauto, he can solve your problem https://mhhauto.com/Thread-Piwis-3-v...and-PT3G-V1-V2
If my car doesn't have a code when it goes out of the factory, how can I add it?
As far as I know. Some people can write code directly to the gateway, but the latest vehicles still cannot enable relevant functions.
I would like to know if it can enable full LED-Matrix anti-dazzle functionality. If it's possible, I would spec this out on my build and "bribe" a tech to code it. But I'm not laying out the $2000 upgrade w/o knowing that it can be done just with coding and not additional hardware.
I have looked into the Matrix issue. The danger with trying to do it yourself or through a non Porsche Partner is that other functions can stop working, like HomeLink. PCNA currently does not activate the Martrix function, even though it is now legal in the US for the past year. I found a Porsche Partner that in fact does activate the Matrix function correctly without any other PCM issues. Check out 9xx.com for more information.

This is completely false. 'At home' matrix activation is easily doable with a PIWIS setup if you are technically inclined, and the instructions have already been published on this forum. These are just 'configuration' changes... much like changing the dashboard from US to metric (I've done activation on my own car and for friends), there's zero chance of 'breaking' anything. At worst if you fat-finger the config you can just redo it, or change it back. Please dispense with the fear and loathing and focus on the facts and data.
(of course, if you don't feel comfortable doing it then by all means pay someone to do it, but know these 'paid' third parties are also just following the same 'unauthorized' procedures because there is absolutely no 'published' Porsche Partner Network support for this feature in the US).

I haven't seen the PDF explaining how to properly remove the spoiler function via PIWIS and im sure many haven't either considering how may people ask and get hit with the dreaded "go to dealer"
Correct, these are the correct instructions, however, this method of coding cannot be accomplished by the at-home mechanic, or anyone with a PIWIS clone. Since 2017-2019, coding has to go through the PAG servers to verify information, so only fully-licensed dealer testers are able to do this. We have to use E mode on our testers, and that requires findings all the modules (in German) and their variables, turning them on or off. This is what we are asking the community. I have been through the 992 fairly thoroughly and have yet to find those variable, other then a couple things related to spoiler limits up and down. Hopefully someone will find it soon for all us aero kit people

There is no need to reply in that tone. You are not completely correct. There are many who are not technical who should never attempt this. I am pretty sure that using a knock-off PIWIS is not sanctioned by Porsche. AND, in other posts on this very forum it IS discussed how trying this "can potentially" disable certain other functions. Lastly, there ARE sanctioned Porsche Partners using sanctioned Porsche PIWIS that do this work. Refer to the post I have copied below:

I'm guessing that the 992.2 will get the 84 LED matrix headlights as standard and that the 16,000 LED version will be optional as on the 2024 9Y0.2 Cayenne.
Hi - new 992 owner here (2022 Carrera Base). Has anyone been able to enable Sport + or Individual driving modes via PIWIS? I'd purchase the programmer if I knew I could do this.
