Simply a pop up note when they selected Miami Blue for my build through their system, not just the configurator. When I asked about Shark Blue, they didn’t seem to know more than the same rumors circulating on the internet. Considering Python Green is just now becoming official, maybe we’ll have to wait for Miami Blue to be officially discontinued in August to see any updates.

Okay, I’m dying to know what a 718 GT4/Spyder looks like with Shark Blue (VW Cornflower Blue) and the suspense is killing me...can someone with decent Photoshop skills please put this color on a 718!

I can see it now. You come back to your shark blue 911 or 718, that you paid a hefty premium for the color and parked next to you is a VW in the exact same color.....

Haha I feel you, and while I can’t speak to whether Cornflower Blue was extra on a VW, considering it’s “only” a $1,930 jump to go from a Metallic to Special color on the Spyder, that ain’t bad!

Just look at Voodoo blue cars. Looks near identical to Cornflower, in pictures at least.

To me, that's a great color that looks really bad on a Spyder. That color works on a GT3 or RS, but not on anything more pedestrian than that. It's too over the top for a less aggressively styled Porsche. Jelly bean colors only work on the aggressive GT car designs IMO.

Signal Yellow
Signal Orange
Arena Red
Gulf Blue
Arrow Blue
There is an awesome green, the name of which is escaping me now, that I love too. Love me some DBM as well.
Voodoo looks wicked on a GT3 RS, but on a Spyder just looks stupid. As will Python Green. That's a car that is not going to age well.

...still can't believe there is no info on Shark Blue as more people are reporting that Miami Blue is showing a cut off date in the ordering system now.
...and while I'm at it, I can't believe there's still no info on the PDK for GT4/Spyder either.

I also think this blu on the 911 from Porsche's Istagram is something else than Gentian... When I first saw the pics on my phone's screen I thought to myself, "What I beautiful shade of blue. Could it be the Shark?"
The pictures seem to be from a new Exclusive Manufaktur Brochure introducing different EM options. I did a quick Google search but can't find this online yet..
Nice interior too, btw!
First color, I think, that the gloss black aerokit works really well with!
