I think if you look at the picture in the broader context - its showing the targa in all the available colors, hence the "blue" is not a PTS but perhaps a "special" color (aka "Shark Blue")

Yes. This led me to make my porpoise comment. The shape of the car just looks wrong.

 

That looks like Frozen Blue on the Taycan, FWIW. As a matter of fact, I guarantee that's Frozen Blue.
