Did you ever get this resolved, I have a 22 MY and the same thing... Just got it back from dealer and they didn't fix it, they took out the bottom pad (debateable) and added felt taping... but I think its seesm to be to be seat back.... drives me nuts and the dealers do too as they are not what I expected to be honest. Any pointers would be awesome as I can maybe have a look as my car is going to be sat for 6 months in my garage soon for winter here in Ontario Canada.

FWIW -- I had a squeak in the driver's seat in my 991.2 which had 18 ways with the hard shell backs. I eventually traced the squeak to the shell back squeaking against the center console under acceleration and on bumps/etc. I bought a piece of stick on leather from Amazon and applied it to the plastic seat back where it was rubbing, and it solved the problem entirely.
My 992 has leather backs for this reason.

Hey guys, it's me again!
I've driven my car about 200 miles since the radiator was replaced. After reading some of the threads where people complain about their seats creaking, I was relieved when I took delivery that my seats seemed perfectly fine.
I was driving home today and, holy crap, these squeaks are LOUD!
I've attached a video. Important note, the squeak happens any time I adjust myself while driving or go over a speed bump. The worst squeaks are when I accelerate and my back is pushed into the seat (not hard acceleration by any means, even the slightest acceleration from a dead stop induces the creaking).
It might be hard to tell from the video but I placed the camera right next to the left side of my hip.
Is this something that is going to need replacing? Thanks in advance!

Just saw this today and dropped the car yesterday for a persistent squeak for past 4-5 months on passenger seat. Each time I hit a bump and the seat with squeak (not with passenger sitting on it). For me easy to replicate as you hit the passenger seat with hand and it would squeak

Mine would squeak during the cold months of the year. The culprit were the leather and carbon seat backs rubbing.

Being in the furniture biz for over 35 years, I can tell you that (not surprisingly) all squeaks are caused by components rubbing against one another. When we have to deal with a squeaky chair / sofa, etc. we chase down that rub point which is usually internal to the piece. Sometimes its a metal spring brushing against another piece of metal, other times a loose frame that was not properly joined. Most are easy fixes by placing foam around the rub point, but if frame or stress member contact point, then we have to replace that unit. It's usually considered a warranty item.
