That sounds like a spring squeak. If you can get to the area of cause, WD40 or a silicone lubricant spray usually does the trick.

Of course, I was the one that posted a possible issue with your wheel spacer guy in the way he jacked up your car concerning the radiator damage.

Which seat is it? I would do a poll on it with 992 owners here to see how prevalent the issue really is or is it isolated to your car, but you are not the first one to complain about this new feature in the new seats....

Stay on your dealer until a fix is done......spraying WD 40 on it every few months is ridiculous......since others have the issue, it sounds like a first year model issue since they changed the seats......

Send this video to Porsche HDQ in Atlanta also....there is a structural problem with your seat.......

Good luck as the Germans may not be right but they are never wrong.....

I remember Nick Murray noticed the seat squeaking on his first 992 video a few months back. Ask the dealer, they prob already have a fix for it.

I've driven my car about 200 miles since the radiator was replaced. After reading some of the threads where people complain about their seats creaking, I was relieved when I took delivery that my seats seemed perfectly fine.

I was driving home today and, holy crap, these squeaks are LOUD!

I've attached a video. Important note, the squeak happens any time I adjust myself while driving or go over a speed bump. The worst squeaks are when I accelerate and my back is pushed into the seat (not hard acceleration by any means, even the slightest acceleration from a dead stop induces the creaking).

It might be hard to tell from the video but I placed the camera right next to the left side of my hip.

Is this something that is going to need replacing? Thanks in advance!

I had a very similar sound for a few months in my 991.2 Turbo. Turned out to be seat belt receptacle rubbing against the seat. I put some tape on it and it went silent. Try moving the seat belt buckle while belted or just holding it with your hand while driving and see if that changes the sound.
