I have a contact in Europe who sources rare / special items for me . . . I can ask if he has more of these, but he had only two, which I bought. I also bought one airbag cover from Protekparts.eu - he's great to deal with and is the best source for steering wheels and parts - he will probably get more, and is now doing custom airbag covers.

Got it - I had tried checking out, and it added $60+ in shipping (even though they say free shipping for $200+ purchases). Maybe it would've been removed if I went further in the checkout process but that's what pushed me away. Hopefully others have a better outcome than I did.

Well the monochrome wheel hub centers are cheaper than the color ones, but of course going back to monochrome turbonite will be even more! I'm sticking to color...!

Well if you think about it, it makes sense. Any change whether it is a deletion or a certain color change requires a change to the standard build orders for the assembly line. In some cases it may mean having someone make the physical change after the car is assembled if that particular operation was normally performed by a robot and the robot can not be easily be reprogrammed for the change in material.
On my Dakar today (still only a week old) I added clear side marker lights, Turbonite badge/emblem (which is in the new style w/ the honeycomb; I dig it) - also got the Mudflaps but gonna put those on tomorrow. Lastly added wind buffers by the side mirrors - each of those took a few seconds to install, Mudflaps will take a bit but not too long.
Just bought Turbonite Airbags to match the front badges - shipping from Europe so should have them next week! Love the look of the Turbonite badge on my Arctic TTS and GT Silver GT3 . . .now need Turbonite wheel centers!!
