I haven't installed mine yet (my 911-T won't be here until May)
Expensive yes, but it's the best looking one that feels OEM.
It comes with instructions in the package, but I not seen a 992 installation video. There are 991.2 videos on YouTube. It doesn't appear difficult, but you do have to remove the front bumper and use screws to hold it in place.
Totally unnecessary. Probably will do more damage installing them.
Damn, wish I saw this a couple months ago. Bought the Zunsport ones when I checked with a few other grills and none offered it for the base version.
Is there an install video for them?
Still can’t get over the price of these things.
I would stay with the Zunsports. I have owned both. The RGS screens are much less expensive for a reason. The Zunsports are of a higher quality and are stronger. The install method is better too. The Zunsports will have a higher probability of protecting your radiators from damage from bird, squirrel or small rocks. But, you pay more as they are stronger and made of heavier gauge SS. The LAST thing I want to do is drop the front bumper to install screens. The labor cost and potential for creating other issues (as Icegrill notes) are too much for me. Other opinions may differ and that’s OK.
I hard wired a high amperage motorcycle heated gear/battery maintainer socket to the battery.
I plug my 911 in to a battery maintainer, just like I do with my motorcycles.
Someone else on this forum did something similar but with two differences; First, he used what is called a "Magnetic Power Connector" (AliExpress is your friend or see the link below.) and Second, he placed this Connector in the Right Side Wheel Well. I really like the "coolness" factor of using a "Magnetic Power Connector" but I don't think the Wheel Well is a friendly environment. In fact, it's a fairly brutal place to put anything that you want to survive for very long.
For Radiator screens between zunsport and RGS, which are people finding better?
I have the RGS version and I prefer the grille pattern over the Zunsport offerings. I find it a bit perplexing some have had such an issue installing the RGS grilles. It took maybe 25 minutes to do both sides.

I installed the RGS and I have big hands. So my forearm got a little beat up but not too bad. They snap in place and look great. As to the trim piece, avoid removing it all together and just pull it out enough to get the zip tie around the underside support. When I pulled the first side all the way out, the plastic tab was flimsy and did not want to go back in the slot without lots of encouragement. Partially pulling it out was better and their install video addresses that.
I asked one of my friend who lives in China to buy this great quality badge for me. Not decided to install it to the engine lid grill but just keep it as collection for 911 60th anniversary !

They are available on here as well. More than likely same vendor and it arrives within 3 weeks if not sooner... Buying it with Apple Pay with Apple Cards (using their iPhone app only) nets you 2% cash back as well 😉

@Aaron Lin how much did you pay in CN?
is there an arbitrage opportunity?
on Ali it is over £100 IIRC
