M-Coder. Can't wait for some wide open exhaust!

Anyone else have any must-have alterations (besides the standard ones they list)?

Thanks for this! I have the GTS with Aero Kit and was looking for a way to protect my radiators. Almost surprised they are not standard equipment from Porsche. Just makes total sense and fortunately not expensive or difficult to install.

Took it in for service, didn't technically buy either of these I guess. But they gave me a present ... guess my daily espresso's will be drunk from this going forward.

Second, while I do not have a car with the sport exhaust, had a guy there program the option into the car. Makes a very noticeable change to the standard C4S stock exhaust sound, between this tweak and the Cargraphic Valve controller, I'm very happy with the sound! Service guy was surprised it worked and is considering adding it as an option to standard 911's they sell without the Sport Exhaust.

How difficult was it to convince someone to do this? Once convinced, was it easily done?

Well, very easy… but I have a family member there (extended anyhow). I assume if you know someone well enough you might be able to get your advisor to convince someone to do it with the instructions. He said they’ve never done it before but that the service guy finished it in minutes. So apparently very easy though I guess if done wrong you can mess stuff up.

It does perfectly. I have the exact one I save exclusively for my 992. Great bottle!

interested in trying this my build has not locked but I do not like the sport exhaust look, I recall seeing the instructions floating around a while back but the search didn't bring up the right results. If you have a copy handy do you mind sharing on this thread?

I went with the Rennline grills, and I think the design and fit/finish are fantastic. On the C4S, you need to take off the bumper as they nest/install over the intake duct, but the beauty of this design is that the active aero blades are not affected (aesthetically nor functionally). Honestly, you really need to remove the bumper anyway to clean out the debris that have accumulated (really substantial, despite a very babied 12k miles). Robust design with rock-solid fixation so no rattles/movement -- I think they look fantastic as well.

Apologies for the suboptimal photos, as my car needs a wash

Many dealers know how to do it, takes about 15 minutes and most will do it for free or one hour of service. I have a past thread and there is a PDF with step by step instructions on how to do it (Search on either my name, or exhaust modification) was from 2022 or so.

I love the look of the quad exhaust and on my second 992 (Targa) I had this done (and also on the new targa I have on order will do the same). It gives about 80% of the PSE exhaust sound, and even the display and putting it in sports mode works the same as having the PSE optioned. It is great.

Didn't see much use in a PCA membership for where I live and got tired of seeing Dempsey in sun glasses, so I got rid of the emblem as well.

More relevant is joining the world renowned 84A Club, a one time expense...
