they can be difficult to reach, that was my experience too - but they did proactively reach out to let me know the trim was back ordered and that it would take a few months, and gave me the option to cancel the order. Maybe search your emails to see if they sent anything (and it went to junk). In any case, expect it to take a while, and customer service to leave something to be desired, but the final product is worth the wait.

In March, I chose not to be you. Technically, I'm still on a list, but I got a CPO that I theoretically paid too much for.
Best decision that I've made on a car. I am loving every minute of it and no longer watching the sticker price rise while I get nothing.

I feel for you, because this was a tough decision and somewhat illogical (why pay new price for use car?) but I don't regret it a bit. Good Luck!

I know right!?? My new c2 wasn’t specd with clear but glad to know it’s a quick install. Is it just the upper screws and pop out?

Yes. All size 30 torque screws. Just lift the wing, pull straight up on the two end plastic covers and you’re ready. All of mine came out by hand after I loosened them.

Can’t wait, toying around with the idea of painting the fins on the lower black scoop lizard green to match interior trim. Hopefully my car makes a boat soon.
