I used Rhino Ramps and no it did not scrape. Standard PASM equipped car. Make sure you have a ground guide for backing on the ramps. I had no feedback In the car when I hit the back of the ramp. Luckily my son in law was there. As for torque specs I used the Gutentight torque specs lol. However tight my Milwaukee electric ratchet got it and then a little more for good measure.

Less than an hour all together with cleanup and test drive. Only hassle is the vband clamp. I just used a set of vice grips and once I broke the torque of the bolt from the bottom of the bolt then use a crescent wrench to back it out. When reinstalling flip the clamp around so you can access the bolt from the bottom next time.

I got a CEL with the M Engineering tune that they needed to send a new file to get rid of. I am unsure of CEL without the tune though. My clockspring is broken right now and I am waiting on parts to come so I am driving on a CEL on the stock tune and not sure if the link pipes are also throwing a code.

are these the pccb upgrades? or does giro disc make a 410 upgrade for the carrera s calipers?

Thata good to know. Did they also come with the spacers for the calipers like the 350mm package? I guess you bought the Ferodo separately? Nice option once our OEM once are worn down.

To note, the stock iron discs have a taller annulus or "sweep" and use the 991/992 PCCB pad shape, which is 4927 in Pagid land (nothing available in the PCCB pad shape from Ferodo "yet"). The Girodisc 410mm conversion features a shorter rotor annulus to save weight and can use either the Pagid 4924 shape or the Ferodo FCP4664 shape (including DS3.12, DS1.11, etc..). The 380mm rears are the same size in both iron applications and use Pagid pad shape 4925 or Ferodo FCP4665. I can source everything for anyone interested and have a great Labor Day sale coming up for subscribers. Rennlist users get 10% off as well.
