Date for Siam Aristotle departure just updated to 05/25/2023 02:00 am
I don’t know if it’s in UTC or local port time so ether 10pm or 8pm eastern this evening. So just in a few hours if I’m doing that convention correctly.

Sunshine Ace finally moving towards Emden. Expected to arrive at the top of the hour (6pm CDT/7pm EDT) according to MarineTraffic. Not sure where it’ll dock though…

So, just curious how soon does TYD update to the new dates for departure (QUESTION FOR ALL)
1) is it when car comes on the online inventory for the vessel?
2) is it when the car starts physically moving to the vessel?
3) is it when the car is on the vessel and checked in/inspected?
4) is it when the vessel has left the port?

Sunshine will take 1.5-2 days to load…less time than Aristotle. I think Sunshine is easier logistically since it really has two stops, with the big one being Houston. Aristotle has many stops down the east coast so I assume the logistics of loading are more complicated. I wouldn’t rule out Aristotle leaving soon either.

My TYD updated to stage 8 about two hours ago. Baltimore bound, presumably on the Siem Aristotle. Interestingly, TYD shows yesterday’s date for leaving port.
For what it’s worth, I was one of the many people bumped from 5/22 to 6/22 a couple days ago.
