According to TYD my car was produced and cleared checkpoint 8.0 on 4/26. Two days later on the 28th, on the Porsche home page, it finally showed that I reached Stage 3 (your vehicle has been produced). At that point, when I clicked on "discover current phase" I was able to see a pic of my car on the line. It's the picture of the car with the hood up. I'm not sure exactly what production activity is happening at that station, but it's cool to finally see my car.
When and where again does the picture of my car on the assembly line show up?
My car has been at the Port of Emden for a couple of days now, so how long after production before they post the picture?
Many people have reported receiving their picture close to the date their car arrived at their dealer. Not sure if 100% of cars get pictures. Hoping I do.

I completed checkpoint 8 on 4/27, but no picture yet when I click on "discover current phase".
I've refreshed my browser so many times, the IT Dept in Stuttgart are probably laughing their a** off!

My car completed checkpoint 8 April 2 and still no picture yet. Like you I have refreshed the browser so many times I'm surprised I haven't crashed their servers. LOL

My picture did not get loaded into the site until the car arrived at Emden.
Go to My Porsche page. Click on the Home Tab. Then Discover Current Phase (red box) - NOT Track Your Dream. Then it is not in the image to the right that looks like a pic / mountain graphic but rather underneath you should see # 3. Your vehicle has been produced. Below that will be your picture with a download button. First time I saw it I thought it was a stock image, until I realized it was the color of my car. None of the photos in that Discover Current Phase had previously been in my color.

Thanks and someone in another thread also said to look in the same place. This is all that has ever showed up below number 3 . Your vehicle has been produced. No download button and just a stock photo of the rear end of a 911.

Thanks 3rd pedal, tried that but no picture even though car is in Emden. Guess I'll shut up and just be happy that it's out of production and sitting on the dock!

I have heard not everyone gets a photo. My avatar is the photo I just got this week and unlike some who get the finished car profile side shot from above, I got the hood open construction shot, and the only thing that says it is mine is the color. In fact that could be a Gentian Blue w/o Sport Design Facia stock assembly line photo and there is no way I would know whether it was actually my vehicle.
No picture yet for me. My C2S has been at Emden since Monday waiting to be loaded. One odd thing is that the VIN number only popped up on Monday and then disappeared until this afternoon when it returned.
I posted this earlier in a different thread but will copy and paste here. Not sure if east coast ports are having the same issues as west coast. My car is due in San diego on May 8th and was originally due at dealer around May 18th-20th( it changed a couple times) but yesterday I noticed ETA to dealer was pushed back to June 18th tacking on an additional 30+ days.
I just got off the phone with the GM at my P dealer and he was informed yesterday that the delay is due to the TPMS sensors that are installed at port in the US. He was told that Porsche is doing everything they can to get them there as soon as possible and it’s fluid so could be released earlier.
on a related note he also was told they can’t order Macans or Cayennes with lumbar for the next 60 days which is going to hurt sales of those models. He said there were other options he could not order but didn’t volunteer and I didn’t press him.
interesting times.
My car seems to be having the same issue or something similar and I am on the East Coast. My TYD pushed back delivery to the dealer by 30 days after arriving in Davisville
After toying with Dolomite Silver, I've come back to what I wanted all along and switched my configuration to GT Silver with Sport-Tex leather interior on my 2022 Targa 4. The freeze date isn't for another month, but I'm confident that this build is the one I want: http://www.porsche-code.com/PNRE9FC2
Here are some shots from the configurator. I welcome any comments -- pro and con. Thanks.
