The bottom one looks the most like the Carrera Classics - which is why I think I like them. 3rdpedal is right tho - buying them off a member who's swapping will be *way* cheaper.

yeah, no plan to change 20/21 setup. It’s just the render. OEM with spacers and lowered is my first step to see how it looks.

Some of my favorite wheels. Only issue I have is how to clean the barrel behind from brake dust. I hate seeing the dirty barrel behind and therefore lean towards wheels that are more open.

Thanks. These have the polished barrels and are ceramic coated so just hosing them down is working so far.

I had the same (polished barrels and ceramic coated) on my previous car with 2 pcs wheels and while the brake dust comes off easier just hosing it down did nothing. Still needed a brush to get in there.

Default Aftermarket centerlocks?

Does anyone have any suppliers for replacement 992 GTS Center locks? We’ll probably get a spare set for winter, most likely same size as summer. Any recommendations highly appreciated.

Our OPC also suggested to me that changing from Center lock to 5 studs/lugs is possible. Anyone know anything about that. Maybe it’s an adapter or there is an adapter for the centre lock and you just remove. OR, the OPC head is just talking BS!

We actually really liked the te37s (someone posted earlier) - they look good for a winter wheel but believe only come with stud/lug holes and max 19’’

thanks everyone!

Still need to weigh my new wheels but they are much lighter than the stock one. Magnesium alloy. RS5 Track Spec. With Michelin Comp 2s. 315/30/21 and 255/35/20. Wheels are 11.5" in rear and 9" in front. These are Litespeed wheels.

Those look really good! I ordered an aluminum set a few weeks ago. Can’t wait to get mine. Is that Frozen Bronze with OEM center caps? How long was the wait?

Yes, it is frozen bronze and the center caps are OEM. I was the first to order these wheels and they had not made 21's yet so I had a long wait for them to create and validate the dies. I'm not sure what the wait is now but you'll have them a lot sooner than I did.

Thanks. Offsets are +40 F and +62 R, which is pretty much flush. Enough room for sport cup 2s if need be, though im running 265/325 MPS4S.

The most aggressive I would go would be +39 F and +60 R....anything more you get into noticeable poke.

I am in the process of spec'ing some custom wheels (still pondering what wheel though) and wonder if someone can chime in to confirm. For now I want stay with OEM tire spec (20/21 on 245/305) but would consider going one up to 255/315 later. For now I set the spec to be flush and no poke on OEM width:
20x8.5 +39
21x11.5 +56

Input. Would you keep 8.5 and 11.5 or go up to 9 and 12 (still use OEM tire sizes for now)? Wonder how the look would be. I don't want a stretch or bulge look. If I go up I would choose the following offsets to have the same distance to fender.
20x9 +45
21x12 +62

Thoughts?
