Is Frank being misquoted or just wrong? The 992.1 Turbo S is not available as a MY25, they're about to launch the .2 version.

The .1 3RS is technically still being made into 2025 as a MY25 but I wouldn't call it available as all allocations have been released. This is the only 992.1 911 model that will trickle over into MY25
