That’s the funny thing about cars, everyone has their own taste, and in most cases there’s no explanation. I drive a Tesla model Y almost every day of the week. It’s 4 years old and had 55,000 miles on it. It’s never been to the dealer for a single thing. I just love it. I also love my 2023 Bentley GTC, Even I never saw that one coming. My F8 and 992 Turbo S are absolutely incredible. I have my GT3 RS coming, along with a 296 GTB and a Mustang GTD. All that said I’ve never owned a Lamborghini or a Mac. If you ask me why, I just don’t know. Weird, right?

you wouldn’t believe how light the steering is and how little (literally 0) feedback it has.

its also incredibly softly sprung, but obviously has great dampers and suspension tech as it remains flat but just incredibly little feeling of the road to yourself

throttle modulation has very little character, doesn’t build up power with higher revs like a gt3/4 of the last two decades but also doesn’t have torquey grunt of say a muscle car, and also doesn’t have some fun turbo lag like some cars where it’s got little lower down low and once the turbos hit kind of character. Its just a very uneventful engine imo

doesn’t feel light or small, not big or heavy though…just meh

brakes were good

I know “video game like” is overused but it really just feels like driving around a sim

I currently own a RS3, Tecnica and F8. 296 should be here in a couple of months.

I actually just sold my 992 GT3. I loved the car but since I don't track the others are just more fun at lower speeds.

I will be getting a manual 992.2 Carrera T though.
I like the diversified collection! I just took delivery of a Tecnica, it’s a hoot to drive. How does the Tecnica compare to the F8?

You are correct, my Tecnica is more fun than the GT3 at lower speeds, however GT3 is more precsion.

Great summary! I agree with everything you said, but those are the things I love about the 296. It was very non-dramatic and easy to drive slowly, but a rocket-ship at WOT.

Sounds similar to a TTS.

Totally. It's simply faster, with the trade off being less roomy inside.

I don’t know what your priorities are but I did get a chance to drive a 296 GTB on a track recently. While the car is nuts fast and sounds pretty good for a V6, there is ZERO way I would take that over a Revuelto if you have the money.

I would take the Revuelto immediately and even wonder why you’d consider otherwise. It’s a Lamborghini V12. Iconic status. It’s a legend that won’t be around much longer. I am jealous that you even have these options.

I guess I should also add that I'm too big to fit in a Huracan or an Aventador, and assumed the same would be true of the Revuelto. It I wasn't, I 100% would add Aventador or Revuelto to my garage.

Supposedly the Revuelto was intentionally made larger to fit big dudes. I am 6’6” 255lbs and my dealer assures me I will fit. For reference, between a Performante and a STO, I owned those Huracan variants for over 4 years. I managed to shoehorn myself into those cars and many other cars. That said, the 3 cars that I was never able to find reasonable comfort in are Viper ACR, Aventador, and C8 Z06.

I also heard that the Revuelto was supposed to be roomier inside. Hope that's true so I can own one someday! I've always wished I could fit into a Viper too.

That would actually make the choice for me. I'm too tall for a 296 (legs not torso/headroom issue). Was actually surprised because I never had that issue with any prior v8 Ferrari.
