Agree with the others, love the silver wheels and they provide nice contrast (and match your window trim). What colour are your seat belts and stitching? I'm a bit OCD and I feel like they all have to match... I did them all red since I felt it matches well with the red tail light bar as well.

Black wheels don't work on blues. Keep the silver.

On the wheels - no black. They just disappear in the wheel wells, especially on a dark colored car. I have neodyme on my PTS Rubystar GT3 and I swear I get almost as many comments on the wheel color as I do on the Ruby paint. I do have black trim (winged GT3), but I would imagine the silver trim still looks great with neodyme wheels. I also went with black calipers from the factory, I hate the red color (especially on a pink car lol).

On the color - Gentian is a great color, really deep in person. Hell, anything not black, white or silver is great.

I just submitted my Touring spec and went with Neodyne wheels on Gentian Blue with Black PCCB's.

Not a huge fan of Gentian Blue but PTS is unavailable to me so I'm stuck with the limited options available for colours.

Gentian blue was my choice. I felt the same after I ordered. But the moment I laid eyes on it when I picked it up in Leipzig, it was far better than anything I had seen in pictures. I have absolutely no regrets with my spec and wouldn't change a thing if I got to do it again..... especially gentian blue. I opted for the chalk sofas.

Right?
Just paint the calipers black and call it a day.
Enjoy!

Love my Agate Grey. I was looking for a sleeper color and the touch of brown in the grey keeps my attention still after a year later. No regrets.

Slightly off topic but the only time I've ever regretted a color choice is when I went too safe with a choice (usually black). I'm one of those people for whom color on a car makes a big difference in how much I enjoy it and enjoy looking at it.

But one of my good friends has an incredible stable of cars and his color of choice is black, he would hate himself if he had my garage instead of his. Of course his 73 RS is the most sublime car I've ever driven and it's black, so I'd take it.

So really that's my way of saying - what do you actually want? We're all different. Gentian blue is a great color and likely inoffensive to most so it'll also hold its resale value (if that matters to you).

I was in your shoes when I first got my car. It's the paradox of choice...
But after a year with the car I can say I absolutely love it, especially under overcast skies.
It's the perfect combo of cool but understated. There's not too many bad colors on those cars anyway...

A friend at work has a Carrera in Gentian Blue and it's absolutely stunning. Hard to believe it's not a PTS color. I was really tempted to go for this color when I spec'd my Carrera T a few weeks ago, but I decided a simpler/plainer color suited the ethos of the T more, so I went with Jet Black. (We'll see if I regret that choice... )

OP--If I were lucky enough to add a GT3 Touring to the garage, Gentian Blue in your exact combo would be very high on my list! So classy and fitting for the car. And stay with the silver wheels, BTW--it's perfect!

Gentian blue on your touring with the silver wheels looks fantastic. I am so tired of seeing a sea of white, black and silver Porsches. Those colors would be the ones to regret, even at a lower price point.

With that said Gentian is an awesome color. But if you don't like it you can always do something about it.

Holy ****! I would never have considered that as an actual option. Impressive.
