I would not involve an attorney if there was no consideration given on a contract. I like my attorneys, but not that much.
I think these issues are most easily solved with a phone call or visit to the manager.

This happened to me a while back with multiple cars in my name, 2 GTS and 1 GT3RS, I called out Porsche and my dealership and told them they truly suck and switched dealership. I got some emails from PCNA to learn more and ignored it cos I did not want to say something stupid, I was seething. This is what forced me to put in an order for a 296, i despised the dealer and PCNA's silence till i got really mad.
The dealer called back asking if i wanted the gt3rs with some crazy ADM - assuming PCNA opened an investigation putting pressure on them - and I said yes just to **** with them because his response was "really?". I declined it the next day and cut ties permanently.

There was zero communication to me regard any state other than sending them the original order demand build. I found out about the car via notification in the app. For all I knew I was still waiting patiently for my order demand. They still have not gotten back to me.

), you're a successful businessman. Visit the dealer and work it out. FWIW, when I order a car, I stay in contact with the dealer, especially the SA and GM. I leave nothing to chance.

I’m so sick of Porsche and their BS. Not that they give a rats *** but seriously want to go Jay Leno on the brand. It just such shady practice. SA responded with
