My delivery date on track my dream is now 109 days away and my freeze date is 30 days. Very confused on what to do at this point. I really don't want to give up my car if these dates mean nothing at this point..
Do I have any room to negotiate with with my dealer on this? I agreed to pre-trade my car in, but that was before all of this mess..

Why not bring up the Felicity Ace, supply chain issues, and Ukraine as adequate reasons to not want to trade your car in until it's at least produced and/or on a ship heading this way? Who knows how they will respond. They may completely understand and let you hold onto your car until the new one is a month out or so

in my opinion, the only risk you have, is if you hold onto your car a bit longer , the dealer may have to reevaluate its value. No big deal… communication is key. Toughen up, and ask the questions. You’re spending a lot of $.

You really have no room to negotiate. They gave you this allocation with your promise of trading in the car. Either you trade it in or you lose this chance. It's really as simple as that.

I've only had positive experience trading in my 992 C2S last September so based on that I'd say go ahead and trade in your car to the extent:
1. The dealer can guarantee there is an existing allocation on your name and this is not a promise for a future allocation. You have a commission number and milestone dates so it seems you have a real allocation, but if in doubt why not have the dealer re-confirm it.
2. You are willing to wait however long it takes. The dealer or nobody can give you a guaranteed delivery date, but your milestone dates should at least give you some idea.

I traded in my 992 C2S in Sep 2021 (for a GT3 Touring at MSRP) after ordering my GT3 in July. Was told to drive my C2S as long as I wanted but I insisted on handing it in sooner. So I bought a temporary car instead and my PTS GT3 has been scheduled for Production since 2/28/2022 and should be built 3/25. Haven't heard any delays from the dealer, ordering team, or Exclusive Manufaktur yet despite the horrible things that happened with Felicity Aces and Ukraine.

Do they generally know more than the dealer? My dealer doesn't seem to know any more than I do.

Just offer to add ADM to cover their profit on the trade and keep yours until the car comes in?? This way they don't have to provide any service or effort for their $$$, as dealers no doubt prefer. You can then sell your car at your leisure - unless you're in a tax credit for trade state - then as about a delay until car is built per others' suggestions.

It is, by a long shot. One of my client's has an Evora, great car, but not even close to a GT3. I haven't even driven a 992 GT3 yet, only a 911R and a 991.2 GT3 and those were miles better already. 992 is going to be even better

I’m still having trouble figuring out if I should trade my 992 TTS for the Touring. FWIW, the choices are trade it, or keep both (which may be a financial stretch short-term, but long-term may be a good decision).

To me it would just depend on what you are looking for...Visceral, fun and engaging or something more comfortable, well-rounded and dare I say 'boring.' Ideally keeping both would be the best bet...For me, if I could only choose one, it would be the GT3. Hands down, no question. Either way, first world problems...congrats and enjoy!

I haven't driven a 992 TTS or a 992 GT3. But have driven 992 C2S and owned 991.2 GT3 among driving 991 C4S and driven own others.

Between the 2, hands down the Touring is the keeper. TTS will have comfort and sheer speed, acceleration, thrust. But the Touring will be way more exciting to drive. I wouldn't keep both unless the TTS is a cab. Ditch the TTS and get something else if you want 2 cars.
