FINALLY. Interestingly the completion date didn’t move, still 10/29. 6 weeks is a long build timeline, no?

If it's a regular build, then yes. If it's a heavy CXX build, then no.

But congrats nonetheless!

Not unrealistic at all based on your weigh-in. My reference is that most 992 GT3s, T or winged, seem to weigh over 3,200 lbs and then there's the graphic below.

This is what I meant...
And excuse me, DIN empty not dry DIN.

So isn't that 3042.379 pounds. Therefore 3056 pounds as a curb weight would seem appropriate. I'm confused.

Apparently 160k over for ST and sticker for the 3RS trade ONLY if it is MY24 or MY25 and has Weissach package and min 300k sticker and less than 1000 miles LOL

So, essentially, $250k ADM assuming no ADM was paid on the 3RS initially. Although, you could benefit from sales tax on the trade-in.

Gold prices reflect growing concern with the exploding national debt. Federal Funds rate of 30%? Damn.

DIN empty, is certainly all tanks full, but wihout driver. The norm in Europe now usually adds a 75 kg weight for the driver.
This weight is certainly achieved with the "regular" fuel tank, not the big one. This should be the no option configuration.

Less than a week to build from start to finish. I hope the quality control/road test goes ok....

This gives me hope! PTS build in less than a week is awesome.

Family member just had their non-PTS 3RS built in 6 days so it seems they're able to get cars built fairly quickly if there are not part issues. I wouldn't be worried about quality control. The builds that take weeks/months are the ones I'd worry about (non-CXX)
