Its not about *not caring* as much as it is caring less about what's avail and enjoying the car/opportunity either way. Sure as heck wont stop someone from rocking out on the options sheet to say the least and there will always be a few who do both that and drive the heck out of the cars.

It would be simple for Porsche to communicate "No PTS for You!" but they haven't. PTS purgatory is currently a thing, so there's hope.

This is what I'm currently frustrated with...tell me if I have access to PTS or not so I can move on with my build. It can't be that difficult

Agreed with above - don't mind that I'm not getting PTS. Just let me know what's up so I can move on. I feel like someone who knows the breakup conversation is happening soon, but my gf is either away in Ibiza on the DJ stage or she is on some sabbatical/retreat to rid herself from toxic man culture - and I can't get a hold of her. And I have my friend (CJ) telling me yo man... it's over. LOL.
I assume the delay is for these reasons:
1. They're trying to decide how many more they can do
2. They're reviewing each build and letting their intern decide which one looks cooler
3. It's the holidays... they're trying to be with their families instead of dealing with a bunch of people whining about their PTS build... (for the record I am whining... that's okay)
4. They're taking their time because they have to read the 911 S/T thread on rennlist from the first post and they are still on page 189
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Porsche color options and availability are just not good. I looked at every PTS color for the 4RS and wound up narrowing my choice down to either GT silver or Guards Red. I don't know if PTS is even available for my build slot.

Come on, for anyone that has been buying Porsches long enough then know that Porsche doesn't make it easy and provides limited transparency. It's the Porsche way or the highway.

LOL great post. To piggyback off of this. If I don't get PTS I won't whine at all. I'll happily take a black S/T. I just find this part of the process frustrating because they damn well know who is getting PTS and who isn't. CXX is a little more complex but they should still know availability, especially for this "special edition" model which is supposed to go to their upper clientele
