I agree. I did a $183k build that I think looks great. No PCCBs and free paint. Going to be my daily driver anyway and isn't a collector. Will lose a lot less money when I sell it than a optioned out car.

I think that looks like a sweet car. I don't think you ever get your money back on the "leather on everything" options so what you say makes sense to me. It sounds nice at first until you think about cleaning and conditioning all that leather. No thanks haha.

Yeah, I don't mean to trash loaded up builds. If you have the predilection and the means I ain't mad at ya. I mostly just bristled at the "186k is a crappy build" thing. Probably in no small part due to my own build being about that, so definitely some bias there on my part haha.

I wonder if there is a Chevy Malibu forum. And if so, do they comment on people's builds? "You got white?? What were you thinking??"
I particularly enjoy when people start commenting on watches and "net worth". And they show photos of said watches. Then comment that they CAN pay ADM and just because others can't afford it, they don't like ADM. The true elitist. That always chaps my #ss.

Coming from you, the irony in this post is just so rich.

There are relatively few objective justification in buying a Porsche, for the majority of us it’s an itch we want to scratch. No one should ever have to justify their decisions to anybody!

Mine is nearly maxed out $216800. I could care less. live once and I won't have the "should have ordered this or that" feeling. I'll just take it all.
My 2018 991.2 GT3 was $185400 and I sold it for $184k 6 months ago with 7000 miles on it.
