992 GT3RS

Looking at last pic and zooming in on wing support......definitely looks like three distinct positions. Air brake, Down force and low drag.
Love the door handles. Hate the 992 recessed one. Glad they are back.

My belief as to why the vent cladding is so large is that the louvers protrude outward from the body surface and there is another louver hidden under the front portion of the "box".
*It's possible the louvered fender vents reduce drag or don't negatively impact drag while also creating downforce. However, I think typically as the lover height increases, the downforce AND drag increase*

This thing is looking more and more ridiculous every day 😂. Im sure it will be EPIC on a track and BOY does that sound like a cup car (which is unreal awesome), but this is a new level of on road embarrassment...makes the 991.2 GT2RS seem graceful in comparison! For those of you who buy this and properly track it, BRAVO...for those who don't...honestly...why buy it??

I will track it and drive it on the street. Why drive it on the street? Because it’s awesome, I can, and live smack in the middle of the country with lots of twisty backroads all around me that are super fun to drive. If I lived in the city and was only going to drive it on the street then I may feel different.

In all honesty I dont think I can do this 992 RS on the street - it is just too much. I would prefer the Cup on track over a street car, the 992 GT3 will fit nicely in that void for back roads and street use.

Come on, it's fine. Let me tell you a story. I was talking about colours with my then 6yo daughter, and she mentioned that boys cannot like turquoise because it's a girl colour. I told her that I have a turquoise car and my good friend has a turquoise car (Miami Blue Turbo S and GT3 respectively). Her response was: "Uncle S and you are grown men so you can like any colour you want, but little boys are too shy to like turquoise." We are all adults here so we can rock that active aero with confidence .

It's ugly and I will get one.
(1) we are close to the end of the internal combustion engine and this is part of the closing.
(2) I am too old to wait for some magic future
(3) I want to track the thing, not cruise about some boulevard
(4) Dont give a fig what everyone else thinks
