Thank you.

A very meticulous installer.
The color was placed on the epoxy.
Then it would immediately bleed into the epoxy to give
a marble look.
Has held up very well.

Do people with plastic tiles that snap together experience any binding or warping
when the weather gets hot and the tiles expand?

You need to leave a little space around the perimeter for expansion, but with that there's no buckling or warping.

Epoxy floor , but the concrete needs a good cleaning before coated.

I just applied an epoxy coating to my garage and it came out great although I would make a couple changes in the future. Check it out http://www.project968.org/garage-epo...r-application/

What did you use for a transition to the modutile flooring? I don't see anything on their website along those lines.

They sell trim threshold strips that snap on - it's the black stripe at the edge there in my photo. Bought them with the tiles.

I went with the race deck flooring. Very impressed with the ease of installation. I had 645 tiles (also 645 sq ft) and the trim/transition pieces delivered for about $1890. The regular price was $3.89 per tile for the type I got. I am a member of garage journal forum (free to sign up) and they offer a discount to $2.89 and free shipping for members if you tell them you are a member when you order. Nice discount for just posting on a forum!
Install was quite easy. Took me about 8 hours total but a good portion of that was spent moving my 4 post lift around so I could get the tiles under the corner posts.

Racedeck is ok if you have a straight shot into the garage, but if there is a turn involved, like on my driveway, it's almost impossible to go slow enough for the tiles to not separate. Would have never gone this way if I had thought this was going to be the case, and may just make the second bay (two+ deep )racedeck, and use another coating for the main floor.

That's really good to know and very relevant for folks with alley entry garages like in dt Chicago. Thanks for posting this!

Never heard this complaint before. That is interesting. I have a hard 90 into my garage and have had no issues. Of course it is still pretty new. Even with the hard turn I am still pretty much tracking straight by the time I enter the garage.
Are you actually turning inside of your garage?

I have Racedeck free-flow and have no issues turning into my garage.
