Do you plug this into a 12V outlet in the cabin?
Tarp I read provides some extra vapour protection....not sure how much this helps really.

I loosely rolled up edges of tarp, with some bricks in the end roll and just loosely zip-tied the edge to rims to avoid having a loose edge for salty melted snow to get under.

The Porsche Techquipment battery charger is plugged in cigarette lighter.

Cheers!

You get melted snow in your garage up that hill?

My wife’s SUV is a few feet away; our garage is heated, so the garage floor is covered with salty slush.

Come see me at Prestige! We have a few GTS's available and I am definitely hungry

Vincent is definitely one of the best! I'm glad you like your car, I saw it before you took delivery and GT Silver definitely is stunning, especially on a GTS with the black wheels. Enjoy!

There will be no flat-spotting for me this winter.

Default Honest, my other car’s a Porsche

It pains me to see my GTS when I pull in my garage everyday. My Subaru Crosstrek is a great winter car, but alas no 911.

Did you mount snows on your CL’s or buy another set of winter rims?

I did, as I'm going to be very selective about the days that I'll be driving it. The majority of the time I'll be driving my winter car.

Default First drive of 2018

What I saw all winter

My son did the inaugural startup

Back from the first drive

Gym mats prevented flat spots perfectly
Hope you all had a good winter.

Took my car out for the first time today.....no flat spotting at all with 50 PSI and rubber mats.

Car started immediately...used the Techquipment trickle charger.

CONGRATS!
Glad you got yours out.

I'm itching to get mine out tomorrow as the temps are expected to get as high as 50 degrees in the midwest.
