You were on 21's when you did that? Wow.
Some light 20's with better rubber would definitely help.

11.1 is killer fast - the 1.6 60 FT might not be possible on the RWD models without slicks...
I plan to run a Hoosier 18 inch drag radial.
Anyone know if 18's clear the rear brakes? I would think so but would be good to know for sure.

I would think 18's clear the rear brakes no problem. What size tire would you run? Would you run an undersized tire to shorten the final drive ratio?

How fast was the Ford F-150 in the pic?

The black truck was a F250 6.0 Powerstroke turbo diesel, I didn't see what it ran.

The Hoosier 315/30/18 probably makes the most sense.
The difference in final drive should be minimal.
Actually, did the math. The difference from the factory 20 inch wheels which are 305/30/20 I believe would be -6.9%. That's fairly large.

Clearing the brakes isn't the problem. It's clearing the rear suspension pickup points. 18s won't work.

Well, this is depressing. So 19 inch is the smallest drag tire option? Man...
