I would think 18's clear the rear brakes no problem. What size tire would you run? Would you run an undersized tire to shorten the final drive ratio?

The black truck was a F250 6.0 Powerstroke turbo diesel, I didn't see what it ran.

The Hoosier 315/30/18 probably makes the most sense.

The difference in final drive should be minimal.

Actually, did the math. The difference from the factory 20 inch wheels which are 305/30/20 I believe would be -6.9%. That's fairly large.

Clearing the brakes isn't the problem. It's clearing the rear suspension pickup points. 18s won't work.
