Anyone on here from Charlotte with a Base 991.2, silver, PSE and a "turbo" badge? This was the first one I've seen in the wild..... wing was also up at 30mph. It was just a matter of time I guess.

At least the car has a turbocharged engine. It's not as cheesy as a "turbo" badge on a normally aspirated car, or as a GT3 badge on any car other than a GT3.

 

correct - not as bad as an M badge on a non M.... actually my 528 has them everywhere... all part of the factory M package.

With full disclosure... I had a Pcar Turbo badge on my old volvo.... It was Turbo and "tuned"

 

There's a rennlist member who has a 993 TT with a "hybrid" badge on the back from a Prius. I've always gotten a kick out of that.

I once had an old beater Datsun 310gx (hatchback econobox) and a friend wrote INTERCOOLED TURBO with a sharpie on the back. I just left it there because it was ridiculous.

 

I am. The 991 is my new toy. Before that a '84 targa, 997 Carrera S and a Cayman GTS.

I frequent the Cars & Cappuccino event mostly, have not done much with the PCA since a few friends moved away. Need to get active in it again.
