Most of those pics are from when I did the upgrade on my car last summer. I never found detailed instructions on how to run the vacuum lines. But I'm pretty sure I did it correctly, since I found a bunch of different sources that showed various parts (One source was pausing a Youtube video showing the assembly of a 991).
And my car has worked great the last 6 months! PM me if you have any questions. I'll try to help.
Thanks for the links and the help! I'm planning on doing the pse switch/ AWE all at the same time so is a great start!
I was curious, what video are you referring to?
Do you have an S model car? and did you get the non-PSE AWE system? If so, you can use the instructions for the vac lines that come with the AWE, and since since the car already has vac lines run its a breeze. If it's a non-S car then its a whole different ball game. I too just did the non-PSE car to AWE system on my Carrera S. The console install took me 10 mins, and Porsche charged me $154 to program the button. Below is a vid of my car driving after the install in case you're interested. Good luck and enjoy!
I have a S non-PSE and am looking to upgrade to PSE.
Does anyone have the PSE installation instructions? I'm mainly interested in where the vacuum hoses will go if someone has a schematic. I will be having my dealer program the console of course.
Great deal- I have a 4S non-PSE car and am looking to do exactly that, the AWE w/PSE exhaust plus the PSE switch. Just for reference, it does have Sport Chrono.
Having an S configured car does put the vacuum lines in place, but when adding PSE additional hose is required and routed a bit differently through the engine carrier. You might get by with re-routing to the AWE valves, but just to be safe you should order-up some of the vacuum hose and cli;s. IMHO

No additional plastic vacuum line is needed. You can re-use the long length from the existing setup. You do need to get the braided steel vacuum lines, though.
