Yes, GT Silver. It is a new car. Not easy to find with a 7MT with decent options. This dealer really worked for the sale. He found the car for me from another dealer 130 miles away and trucked it in.

I know where this car came from 😬. A friend of mine almost bought it but ended up getting a deal on an endurance racing edition. Haha. Beautiful car. Enjoy!

Thanks very much. My dealer had to trade a C4S cabriolet still on the water for this car. Having purchased my Cayenne there and two Audis from his store next door, he was happy to go through the pain.
I have to laugh, how bad can the economy be if you have to jump on $100k cars because they sell so fast?

Just a beautiful car PJ! Looks like the weather will be okay this weekend, so mine is coming out of hibernation. Doing my first DE of the year at Palmer Motorsports Park the last weekend in April. Doing an oil and filter change Saturday. Easy on the 991, especially compared to a 993.

Thanks very much Kwikit. Put some miles on her this morning, OMG, just love it. Where is Palmers, probably about 2 hours from my house in CT. Take pics of the DE. Good luck on the OC, wonder if its as easy on the .2?

Default Congrats on joining the 9% crowd

and GT Silver is a very understated color. I may be biased but I get a lot of comments from people who are tired of Silver cars but like the GT Silver. The .2 is a very capable car. You will have a lot of fun with it. I've had mine 3 months and still look for an excuse to leave the house. I did my first DE last week and was totally amazed how well these cars behave. Here is my GT Silver in action.

Well done- must be so fun to run that car. I hear the S runs like a guided missile. As far as color is concerned, and I know it's silly trying to be low key in a 911, but red, yellow look good but not my style. (I'm also not a ducktail or big rear spoiler guy). Blue cars are forbidden in my family due a string of bad luck with 5 blue cars in 70s and 80s, and I can't deal with the heartbreak of seeing every last tiny blemish on a black car. That leaves rhodium, agate and GT Silver. Between the 3, GT Silver stands out to me, it seems forgiving with swirls and is just under the radar (pun intended) enough to maybe not catch a trooper's eye.

I'm pretty sure I'm going for a 991.2 instead of 991.1. I need opinions on the following car before I go check it out. It was in service day 1/10/17 as a demo/loaner car for dealer. No CPO. But the car is built out as I would like and ~$15k under MSRP. I'm thinking at least another $3K off or CPO for the stated price. Thoughts?

Take new car price and subtract 6%. Is the car you looking at leas then that. If I'm buying a used car even if it's a demo then I would have to save a substantial amount for it to make sense or be CPO.

Looks like a nice build, fair price considering all the options, but it's got a good solid year worth of mileage on it. Look for stone chips, usual wear and tear issues. If you like the color and wheel combo, I'd take the plunge. I'd try $95k, see if they come back with a counter offer. Check the inservice date to see when you warranty clock started. Good luck.
