Default Mid Ohio in May

I've been confirmed for a Porsche HPDE at Mid Ohio during May 20-22. Will any other Rennlisters be there? Would be nice to meet up and place a face to the avatar.

Cool, car color? Number? I'll definitely look you up.

I'll be in a black 991, number 37.

Nice...

It's always humbling and intimidating walking around the paddocks, some truly awesome cars - and I really like the Cup cars

I came from tracking a 996 to a 991. I used to throw the 996 around like a rag doll, not so easy in the 991 - but I am slowly getting the hang of it. It grips differently (stronger with very little tale tale sign that it wants to break loose - sort of a good thing bad thing situation), throttle response is twitchier, same for the breaks. Trying to figure out how to outsmart PTV.

I drive a stick and will concede, as I did in another thread I started, that PDK is much more efficient. Forget the speed of the shift, it's the ease of the shift. How many times have you pulled a little low in 3rd and thought, I could gear down but it will only last for a couple of seconds before I have to up shift anyway, so you don't gear down - the PDK is constantly optimizing and never gets lazy on the shifter. But I love my MT and will keep it long turn

Then there's the power, monster crazy above 4500 (my car is a 2S)

I'm with PCA Potomac but I think it's being hosted by PCA New Jersey, they go by NNJR.
