So this is a center bypass? Does it merge at all?

With valves closed, only side mufflers on?

Switch on, and hitting the throttle, valves open to the center as well?

Great DIY by the way

Very impressed you did that yourself. Looks incredibly easy...........
hopefully the instructions help make it actually "easy"

Would the camps be easier to do if a different style of clamp was used instead of the "pinch style" ?

For the clamps that connect the hose to the actuator valves maybe, if you wanted to crimp them with the exhaust already in place but it was quite easy to crimp the others ...

I'm not really familiar with other styles of hose clamp so I can't really compare

Very concise and well-laid-out post, Larry; thanks for sharing. I hope you get to enjoy the AWE exhaust as much as I've been.

subscribed! great reference thread... I wonder how much more difficult the install for a full system that replaced the side mufflers would be?

Installs normally take 2-3 longer when documenting/photographing. Super job and can't wait to hear video clips T

Awesome write up Larry! Glad it finally all came together, and you're happy with the result! I know it was touch and go a couple times -way to persist and emerge victorious!!

I dont think it would be *that* much harder, especially with the bumper off,
since the side cans fold back once disconnected from the cats ...

If you'd like to crowdfund a Tubi for me I'll happily document the install task!
