Lovely! If you came up from SJC, how was Mt Hamilton Rd ? When I drove up there this summer there were a number of sections down to one lane due to washouts / repairs... When I lived in the bay area many years ago I loved taking the 993 for a blast up those roads. Made my wife not so happy on those rides :-)
Some wet spots and loose gravel but not too bad. Just need to know where to give it gas and when to use caution.

Thule motion XT Alpine. Roughly $800. Couple times a year it is 20% off. We love it. I can lift and install it myself, and it has quick attach feet that make mounting very quick. It has been mounted on my various cars with multiple 1000 mile road trips, while being very quiet, and packs quite a bit of gear for a family of 5.
