Yah I wasn't sure I would like it, so I bought some pre cut yellow tint online to try it out. So it's easily reversable.

 

Bought and installed the much too expensive GTS rear Grill 🙈. But it Looks so damn nice !

 

It's worth it though.

 

GTS Grill looks fantastic, I didn't even notice that the GTS was different there but now its all I see....

 

Bought and installed a Kaizen Kup Holder. The Porsche mechanic I showed it to thought it was factory. Very impressed, but yes, not cheap.
but it’s my GTS and it is touring the US.
It was fairly straightforward, but the 991.2 last year (2019) they have metal tabs on the aluminum outer ring… was a pain. Just did it slow.

How was your experience with Litchfield? Wanted to buy their HAS spring setup and got a reply but no responses to multiple followups. May need to reach out again…

 

Dropping my baby off at the detailer today to finally get it detailed for the year and to add a ceramic coating and paint correction!

Thanks, Pete! Yep, Porsche OEM PCCB calipers (like yours)!

They have done loads of bits on my Carrera T and I’ve been happy overall with their work. I would be comfortable in recommending them to others and I think their work over 20+ years has earned them a deserved reputation.

I was there last week and saw Chris Harris’ 991.2 GT3 Touring and Jethro Bovingdon’s 996.

When I’m back home, I can ping you the email address of a guy there who is always helpful and pretty prompt at replying to emails.

 

Big shout out to Dr. Rennlights for blackening out my headlights. Great customer service, timing, and communication to boot! I had a minor issue re-installing my lights and he reached out immediately to talk me through the situation.

 

I also did the GTS grille, definitely give the car some pop. I just had my bumper fixed/painted and I haven't decided how to re-badge her.

Getting the little things preparing for a 3 to 4. OST road trip. I have the luggage that fits the rest de k to a tee, but it winds up between the rear seat & passenger seats before the end of the day.Tried using the rear seat belts, but they leave an indentation in the seat backs. So I found a seat belt extender that solves ll the issues.
Need to find a mirror mount for the Escort. Any suggestions?
