Parts 1 & 2 can be removed easily and replaced but 3 requires more effort - a recent thread and past ones detail how that is done. If it matters all three of those parts came with the car when built.

Treated my turbo with an Akrapovic symphony along with a Cobb custom stage 2 ECU and PDK tunes by @SamboTT@ByDesign

Within 24hrs of this install I chose to go catless and LOVE it.

The numeric shifter is just vastly superior to anything else, including Porsche OEM. I would recommend the GT3 shifter for you or OEM ssk. Its a little improved over stock but it's still easy and smooth. The Numeric kit is incredible but definitely makes more noise and takes more effort. Absolutely more "raw" and I love it but I was going for what you are describing closer to the experiience you have it the FF1 mount.
I'd love feedback on how the FF1 mount changes the pdk. It sounds like crisper shifts?

To follow up, I took the car out yesterday and am really happy with this piece. It makes the screen more vibrant and gives additional depth-also the edges are tapered and fingerprints are greatly reduced. No issues with glare but I have an slicktop car. I would imagine for cars with open roofs or sunroofs this could be an issue.

Has anyone changed the rear view camera? The camera on the 991.2 gives a 70s image on it....the Jeep Wrangler camera is like 4k image. Anyone changed it? Thanks, JESM.

I would like a front camera so I can see how close the front spoiler gets to the concrete edging/blocks in parking lots

Here are some of my mods over the last couple months during the Pandemic...
- Color Matched headlight washers
- DB Carbon wind diffusers
- Alcantara glove box, lower dash panel, A-pillars
- red 12'o clock marker using matte vinyl as others have suggested in the past.

Pulled the trigger on a Soul street headers with cats. I'm getting it in a couple of weeks. Reading threads on Rennlist is costing me a lot money. I hope it's as good as a lot of people say it is. I can't wait!

Work has begun on the garage. Lots of painting and cleaning up to do but the pieces are slowly coming together.

Thought I’d give these a go. Liked the wider size for 12 inch rear on GTS.
