im going the other direction...doing an XR Big Turbo upgrade and opted for a line kit that feeds the blowoff valves back into the exhaust to keep that bit more stealthy...got the Kline Inconel exhaust so I figure at 800 ish HP that will be enough noise

Thanks to the posters here, I installed the glass glossy overlay. Surprisingly it really does give the cabin an updated look like the new 992/Macan/Cayenne version. More brilliance and of course more light reflection. For $20 I’m quite happy with it.
I know someone who has...they state there is no increase in sound.
interesting, thanks! Something I am considering doing during other installs. Had a spirited drive few days ago with my little brother, who was in his GT350 with Borla exhaust. He made multiple comments about how loud and pronounced the turbo noise is on my car. I was surprised considering I couldn't hear anything besides his car. But apparently the turbo noise is apparent front OUTSIDE the car, at least during a decent pull.
