Changed out my factory gold hood crest for a silver and black one to match my car and wheel caps better. I like how the silver crest looks with my all black white and silver car.
I like that idea as well - if someone wants to trade me their set for the colored set let me know. My Targa GTS will be here in November so PM me if you are interested, and they must be as new since mine will be new as I will take them off right away.
Thanks. So do I. I spent a couple of weeks choosing a set that I liked and with black cars, I like silver wheels. Light colored cars, I like black wheels. Very happy with it.
Thanks for sending me the place that sells the dash trim rings
(https://xotictech.com/products/5pcs-...ed-blue-silver) but I did not see that one for the Sport Chrono - did you get it from them as well? I might get the set and have them painted to match the exterior.
Nice! How difficult was the serp belt? Mine will be due for that with next year's service.
Piece of cake. Just make sure you have a 30 mm crescent wrench for the tensioner. Two people makes it little easier for putting on the new one as they can hold the tensioner open, but I managed to do it myself no issue. It took me about 15 mins to take off and replace, obv not including removing the rear bumper etc.

How many miles? Mine is a 2012 with 14k miles, not sure if I should change the belt and plugs yet.
2013 with 17,800. Build date is March 2013. Whenever I get a 911 I do the plugs, oil+filter, serpentine, bleed brakes, cabin filters, new battery and air filters so everything is done together. For reference, the belt looked near perfect, as did the plugs, and air filters. I also did a full three stage paint correction, adding new floor mats, and popped in some clear corners Here is a pic of one of the plugs, they all looked identical and excellent as well as the post paint correction (Dark Blue Metallic):
