I thought these two cars might indicate they were running out of black centerlocks...

These two cars, per the dealers words, were just sent to them. They weren't allocations, porsche just sent them them extras apparently. Made me think they were clearing out the last of the GTS bodies.

Fascinating hypothesis. Truly. But the VIN numbers alone, if Porsche isn't batching by color or some other logic, suggests cars with CL wheels were made after this. The shared color, similar options and close VINs on these two cars *could* suggest that Porsche saw they were running out of GTS-specific items and perhaps saved them for cars built to spec. We'll know in time.

Does anyone know how many 2015 or 2016 GTS were built? To the best of my knowledge, they stopped new orders in October because I was able to get my dealer to have Porsche unlock the very last car so I was able to spec my car to my liking.

Great minds think alike. No sunroof. Aero Kit. If it's a keeper, less mechanical problems in the future. Other than Alcantara & Bose, we spec'd exactly. Got mine in GT Silver. Enjoy it.

I've heard that gt silver is nicer than rhodium. I didn't have a choice but didn't care. Post a pic of yours if you can.

Are we able to track or know how many 2015-16 GTS's were made, coupe VS vert, 6 sp vs PDK etc. and when did actual production end etc.

GTS production ended in January 2016. My car was likely created at the tail end.
