If it is real steep you may wind up scraping anyway, even at an angle, and if so maybe this might make help: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...rmor-sale.html

Thanks for the link - hoping that’s not needed... dealer brought a PASM car over and there was enough clearance and seemed enough to have some wiggle room. Rather land on the side of caution.

just make sure you don’t forget to use it ... that would make me feel worse. That was my concern and so decided to opt out 😁

There was an over 2-month period between when I put in my order and the lock date. Thought that was long compared to others as well.

It depends on the allocation's schedule and when it became available. At first I ordered a Targa 4S and had just 3 weeks before the lock date but when I changed it to a Targa GTS allocation I had about 2 months before it locked.

Makes sense. I ordered 9/10 and locks 11/30. I rhibk they do it on purpose so we keep adding more options

The allocation/order could have been at a dealer for a while before someone put a deposit on it so the lock time would be shorter than the opposite. I put a deposit on my Targa GTS the day the dealer received it so my lock date was a long time thereafter, which is why I added over $15k in options slowly over that time - the more I read threads the more ideas I got!

Just options, and getting a couple things painted like my Targa emblems and front spoiler lip as well as things that others have done like mesh grills, SmartTop, high flow cats, etc.
