GA and TN RL'ers - J&E Auto in Ringgold, GA legit??

Dealing with this indie luxury car retailer two hrs outside Atlanta, near TN border...on potential car purchase. I'll spare you the details but the car is priced under market, so TGTBT...
Website looks good but dealing with owner (seems like one man show) who's name is James Hartwig, but has a strong Russian accent... hmmm...

I too spoke with this guy and he sent some photos etc. BUT all of this happened after the car showed up on Autotrader for less than a day, in a location outside of Harrisburg PA. Then after leaving a voicemail, I get an email from James... several days later. After some emails and photos, I decided I was uncomfortable and so I bowed out.

yep - similar - i spoke to owner ''james r''... he sounded like he was from the ukraine...went so far as to say he would ship me the car for 50% payment, i could ppi locally, return to him for full refund if not clean, or if i am in fact happy with the car, i would forward the remaining balance and he would send me title...
