Need advice on vehicle transportation company
I am a newbie who is about to purchase my first P car. I am in Los Angeles and the car is located in the midwest. I need advice/recommendation as what transportation company to use. I'm also considering picking the car up myself but the drive is going to be about 30 hours. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I've used Angels Moving Autos, and I'd use Intercity or Reliable Carriers without hesitation. But I've also done road trips to get cars, and they can be pretty fun. Good luck.

Passport Transport.
Enclosed Trailers and very professional drivers.
Also, they send you a link to track the Transporter via GPS.
I use them whenever I brimg a car into CA and they always do a great job.

I've had several good experiences with Passport. In every case, the driver was enthusiastic about his cargo and taking great care of it.

+2 Passport have used them twice. They MAY be a bit more expensive but so worth it. I have also used Reliable to transport bikes a couple of times also very good. Chose either of these and you can not go wrong. Good luck.

Haven't used Passport before, but can vouch for Reliable. Have great experience with them, and helped a fellow member ship a car from PA to CA not long ago using Reliable, and they too would tell you Reliable has decent rates and excellent service. Also, I believe Reliable is a preferred carrier for Porsche NA.
Good Luck!

I used Intercity to move my 993tt from California to Illinois. Very professional. Sounds like you have 3 carriers to contact and get quotes and delivery times. Good luck.

Worst thing ever! You will find yourself on your computer tracking that truck every 2 hours, and when they stop for awhile, you are going "Why are they stopping? Wait....he's going north now...why is he going north? I'm south....Hey, he was within 200 miles of me and now he's going the other way?!"

I've used Passport in the past with good results but use Reliable almost daily now for work and have the utmost confidence in them. I'd get several quotes - largely depends if they have trucks in the area when you want to ship.
