Price is pretty good, sounds like a well optioned car. I think a little lower would be the number to offer. 13s with a little less mileage are around 80. CPO is not a big deal at all and heck if it was wrapped the paint is fine...just look at the panel joints incase there was any errant blade hits putting the wrap on...only concern I would have is how much they dismantled the car to get the wrap on and how good they put it all back together (remove bumpers lights/trim badges etc to fully wrap). Just carefully look and feel around the car for any repaint and check carfax. I looked at a 13 that was a few less miles and 81 but felt around the front fender by the door and along the front hood area and found one fender and likely the front bumper were repainted. Drove the car for two hours and looked it over very carefully prior but noticed a squeak opening the driver door that with 18K it just shouldn't do that...felt along the inside edge of the fender between it and the door and sure enough I could feel the spray.

+1 on PPI and +2 on careful inspection of body panels for any damage when putting on or removing wrap.
Price seems fair (not great) but only if the colors thrill you and it has all of the options that you want.

What color is the car? Provided that it's a mainstream color, I'd say the asking price is just fair. I would offer $74 and not pay more than $75. Agree re limited necessity of CPO provided that you're in a geographic area with decent independent Porsche repair shop.
