That's no way to treat instructors, Duane. My first event with PCA was a Driver Skills with at least 30 cars and ONE instructor! As I later learned this was because of the way they were treated. Then for two or three years our region had no Driver Skills events at all- until I became an instructor, got on the Board and restarted the program. All instructors got free lunch and could drive if they wanted. We had terrific red PCA Instructor jackets made up which the instructors could EARN by instructing at 3 events. When people started seeing those jackets- cool! how can I get one?- sorry, not for sale, gotta earn it. Worked like a charm.
