If you are looking for a strong 991.2 C2S coupe with manual tranny, here's one worth checking out at Isringhausen with all the performance options, including X51 PowerKit for gains of + 9% Hp and +11% torque. And it has 25% more torque than a 991.1 GTS or S with PowerKit.
This one is well optioned, with all the performance options, and 3900 miles, CPO, asking $112k. Looking at the Buildsheet, it looks like a dealer installed PowerKit, which is covered under full factory warranty. https://www.isringhausen.com/Inventory/2017/Porsche/911/StockNum/123454

It's a bit odd that they checked all the sporty options (RWS, SPASM, PDCC, Sport Chrono), but left off the 18-way sport seats.
I also thought the powerkit required the sport exhaust, which also isn't on the build sheet, so perhaps that was dealer added as well.

I'm not sure it's a hot price, but it is definitely a hot build!

Installing PSE after purchase was always fairly pricey, but with the .2 generation PSE having center exit exhaust (and non PSE having side exit exhaust), it seems like it would be even more expensive... Does the entire rear valence get replaced?
no pictures of the car online so can't really tell much, but the original build sheet definitely doesn't show PSE.

A $125K build. Would need to confirm the X51. Regardless, with it not being on the build sheet and added on, the only real value to it is for a buyer. Resale on it is very minimal.
Car has CPO too. Looks interesting if it fits someone's wish list.

Everything is negotiable in life. When I was shopping, most California dealers were advertising higher prices than Isringhausen. The flip side is that my car came as advertised in a short two weeks period. You pay for what you get, and sometimes that involves quality of service.
Just out of curiosity since HFS is now open to .2 cars. Is the X51 in .2 cars mainly software or does that involve all those complicated changes as in the .1 cars?

It's not quite as intrusive as the 991.1 X51 powerkit. The 991.2 X51 includes updates to software of course, but it primarily is just a replacement of the Carrera S turbos with the larger ones that became the standard in the GTS (boost increases from 16 to 18 psi). It also includes a modified rear brake cooling system - except if already present (which is the case for cars that already have either PCCBs or RAS). Also, if the car does not have PSE, then you are also required to retrofit PSE.

Couple of notes on the 991.2 generation cars regarding powerkits, as I understand it.
- 991.2 Base, S, and GTS all use an identical 3.0 engine.
- Thee different size turbos, three corresponding factory ECU software loads.
- A Powerkit optioned S and standard GTS use the same largest turbos and ECU software.
- Upgrading an S GTS/powerkit turbos and software after purchase is supported by PCNA and can be done by a dealer.
- Upgrading a base to GTS/powerkit turbos is NOT supported by PCNA
- Porsche requires the sport exhaust for upgrading an S to GTS/powerkit turbos and software, either originally equipped or added with the upgrade for a fully supported installation.
- These engines are HIGHLY tunable and HIGHLY "torque managed" as configured form Porsche.
- A base, even with the smallest turbos, can be tuned to give at least S or GTS levels of power with an aftermarket tune like Cobb even without turbo upgrades.
- Of course the middle size turbos (S) and largest turbos (GTS/powerkit) can also be tuned for more power, but somewhat smaller gains.
- There is no physical reason why the base can't be upgraded to the GTS/powerkit turbos, but you will need to use Cobb or other tuning rather than factory ECU tuning (which anyone who's looking for power would likely want to do anyway

Adding X51 to 991.2 is simple and a fraction of the time and work compared to the 991.1
As mentioned, swapping out the larger turbos is the main thing.

A whole lot simpler! I know, I have a 2013 4S w the X51 added. But interesting that Porsche does not require PSE for 991.1 cars with X51. And I don’t have PSE on mine. After 2 years (warranty expired Dec 14, 2018), I love the car more and more.
