A PPI is NEVER a bad idea. Is buying a CPO from a Porsche dealer with a clean CarFax a huge risk? No. Add an in person inspection and you're probably 95% in the clear.
Do you want to take that 5% chance the car might have a surprise? Up to the individual. A professional can maybe uncover an underlying story.
A CPO is merely an extended warranty and not intended for determining cosmetic issues or even a small repaint or fender bender.

Also, I have been successful adding verbiage to the sales contract that no panels were repainted or resprayed.

Has anyone in the Houston area used Eurocar Werk for PPI, service, or repair? They advertise in the Lone Star region PCA. There's a car at Momentum I'm thinking about, and they're geographically pretty near each other.
While I'm on the topic, any thoughts on Momentum Porsche in general? Any preferred contacts?
